You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet

You may know that something in family life isn’t working, without knowing quite what needs to change.

Perhaps you’re worried about your child’s behaviour, anxiety or emotional wellbeing. Perhaps you’re navigating ADHD, autism or another aspect of neurodivergence. Or perhaps family life has simply become harder than you expected, and you would like somewhere to think about what is happening.

You don’t need to have worked it all out before getting in touch.

The first step is simply a conversation.

Let’s talk

I offer a free 20-minute online conversation before we decide whether working together feels right.

This gives you space to tell me a little about what has been happening, ask questions about Bond Parent Mentoring and Support, and get a sense of how I work.

I can also begin to understand what you are looking for and whether I think I am the right person to support you.

There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.

If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about the next step together.

Not sure whether Bond is right for you?

That’s okay.

The initial conversation is partly there to find this out. If what you need falls outside the kind of support I offer, I will be open about that rather than encouraging you into work that doesn’t feel appropriate.

Sometimes the first useful step is simply having somewhere to begin.

A small but important note

Bond Parent Mentoring and Support is a professional, appointment-based mentoring service. It is not a helpline, emergency or crisis service, and I am not able to provide immediate or on-demand support by telephone, email or message.

Bond does not provide supervised child contact or supervised family visits, including contact arranged or required through the courts, solicitors, social services or other agencies.

If you are concerned that your child or another person is in immediate danger, please contact the emergency services or an appropriate urgent support service.
